Yikes, my first blog post. I suppose since I have no followers I shouldn't make too big a thing of it. ;)
I'm not sure yet exactly what this blog will be, but I do know that I want to document my journey to living a healthier and fitter life. I hope it will serve as inspiration and motivation for myself and anyone else who might need it.
As the title suggests, I do plan on centering my posts around fitness, but I will also be sharing my tips and experiences with health in general, weight loss, eating, etc, and what it takes to achieve self acceptance and happiness... and who knows what else I may throw in the mix!
